VIET HUONG GROUP HOLDS TRAINING COURSE ON "APPLYING RACI MATRIX AND SMART GOAL IN TASK ASSIGNMENT AND REPORTING"

To professionalize workflows and optimize internal management efficiency, Viet Huong Group organized a specialized training course on the "Application of the RACI Matrix and SMART Goal in Task Assignment and Reporting" on the afternoon of May 28. The course was designed for key managers and personnel.

The training equipped employees with two fundamental tools for task management:

• SMART Goal – A tool for setting goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound.

• RACI Matrix – A tool for defining roles and responsibilities among individuals and departments for each task: who is Responsible, who is Accountable, who needs to be Consulted, and who needs to be Informed.

During the training session, Ms. Hang Phoi Quyen, a Member of the Board of Directors, provided insightful strategic guidance. She emphasized that clear responsibilities and specific goals are the keys to effective coordination and enhanced productivity throughout the entire system.

The training course is part of a series of activities aimed at standardizing and improving the skills of task assignment, reception, and control. This initiative is designed to foster an increasingly professional, proactive, and synchronized work environment at Viet Huong Group.
